Flashback Friday

When my youngest brother died in 1987 he left a recently turned 25 years old widow and two very young children. Tina told us she was never going to date or marry again.

I prayed daily for Tina for many years asking God to provide the perfect person for her. And He did in the form of Mike Jones.

We met Mike for the first time at a McDonald’s birthday party in March 1992.

We were privileged to be at Tina’s and Mike’s wedding a few years later at the Botanical Gardens in Fort Worth. It was, to my great delight, held in the Fuller Gardens.

Mike and Tina are now  Living Happily Ever After.
